There is NO FEE to get the card, plus the card has NO FEES to use it. Guests can get a card for any dollar amount they want, up to $500.To make a payment, cards are swiped and processed on the “debit/credit” path. Purchases are handled exactly like any debit card.If the guest no longer has their card, they cannot receive a refund. If the customer requires a refund due to an error, adjustment, or return, like any other debit card refunds can be processed as a credit back to the original form of payment - which is this card. Should the guest decide to return an item, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment like any other debit card transaction.
